Hotel selection is based on availability and your travel dates. All are vetted for safety, comfort, and inclusivity.

This is a small-group boutique experience (max 12 guests), but we can make it private for couples, families, or groups for an added fee. Shared activities like the salt flat tour may include other travelers, but you’ll always have your Pink Rhino host or guide with you.

🛌 Will I Be Sharing a Room?

Nope. Rooms are private for you and your travel companion(s). If you’re solo, you’ll have the option of your own room or being matched with another solo traveler, if requested.

👥 Who Travels with Pink Rhino?

Most guests are LGBTQ+ individuals and allies, aged 30–65, from the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Our groups are fun, respectful, and adventurous.

Absolutely. We build in time to relax, recharge, or explore on your own—especially in the evenings.

🕒 What If I Arrive Late?

Let us know ASAP. We’ll help coordinate a meetup point so you can catch up with the group. Missed days are non-refundable, but we’ll support you however we can.

🙋 Can I Skip Certain Activities?

Yes. Just give us notice. Skipping activities won’t reduce the tour cost, but your enjoyment is our priority.

🚑 What If I Get Sick or Injured?

We’ll take care of you. Emergency support, medical help, and logistics are handled with care. Refunds aren’t issued for missed days, which is why travel insurance is required.

91+ days before departure: Full refund

60–90 days: 50% refund

31–59 days: 25% refund

30 days or less: Non-refundable

🚫 What If Pink Rhino Cancels the Trip?

If we cancel (due to weather, political unrest, etc.), we’ll offer you a full refund within 14 business days. We do not cancel based on group size—we’re committed to every adventure.
